The consulting model
Sales and Service Management Consulting is delivered in modular format. Each module follows predefined stages.
Modules can be contracted individually, in groups or in full, depending on the needs identified by the client or revealed by the sales diagnostic.
Interim Management
There are situations in which a company does not need a recommendation — it needs someone at the wheel. A sales director who has left, an operation under restructuring, a change of command, a new commercial model that demands a firm hand day to day. Hiring a permanent executive takes months; the operation will not wait.
In interim management I take over the commercial leadership of your company for a defined period, with an agreed target, the authority to decide, and an exit date set from day one.
What changes compared to consulting
A consultant recommends; an interim executes. Here I do not deliver a report — I lead the team, answer for the numbers, sit on the committees, negotiate with key clients and run the management routines as any director would. The difference is that my contract has an end date, and that is an advantage: there is no competition for the chair, only commitment to the result.
When it makes sense
- Unexpected departure of the commercial leader, with the risk of losing the team and the revenue
- An operation that needs restructuring before a permanent executive arrives
- Rolling out a new commercial model that demands daily presence
- A newly opened subsidiary that does not yet justify a permanent directorship
- Preparing an internal successor, with close support through the transition
How it ends
At the end of the period I hand over three things: an operation that is structured and running, management indicators implemented and in use, and the person taking over already prepared to lead. The exit is planned from the start — it is not a dependency that stretches on.
